Incanto Group and Samson Holding Market Alliance

Incanto Group: Incanto Group and Samson Holding signed a licence agreement for production and marketing of Sofitalia Brand in north America and Canada.

Jesce- Italy, 20th April 2009 – IncantoGroup: Leader Industry in the market of leather sofas, holder of Sofitalia, Incanto and Giovanni Sforza Home luxury Collection brands and Samson Holding, company quoted on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, signed a licence agreement with which both companies will join their own skills to supply Sofitalia Brand products to North America and Canada customers. The most relevant activity of Samson Holding is the production and marketing of domestic furniture, with over 90% of its turnover deriving from United States of America.

Its yearly global turnover is more than 500,000.000 dollars. IncantoGroup President Giovanni Sforza’s comments are: “ We are absolutely confident about positive developments of this partnership, also considering that both companies share the same strategic vision both on development and innovation. This alliance represents a further example of how we work in order to give solutions to customer’s requirements.

At present, Incanto is still defining this year’s estimated additional earnings together with the commercial benefits resulting from this agreement which plans the creation of a specific Sofitalia company division within Samson Holding, with a sales force dedicated to entirely satisfy the requirements of American and Canadian customers for an Italian natural leather upholstery product.
